Constraints are underrated. One borrowed pen, one lunch break, and the small discipline of not being able to erase anything.

Every line is a decision you have to live with. It’s the opposite of the undo button, and my lines are braver for it — or at least more honest about their wobbles.


The two tulips from Tuesday are the best thing I made all week, and they cost the company one ballpoint pen. A fair trade, I’d argue.
